My name is Craig Beadnall.

I’m a husband to Vicky, dad to Olivia and Emilia, and dog-dad to Theo. I live in the UK. But life didn’t always look like this.

I once weighed over 320 lbs. Obese. Prediabetic. High blood pressure. Exhausted and frustrated. I tried every quick fix, crash diets, fads, starvation, and overtraining. Nothing worked.

Then I hired a coach, followed a system, and everything changed. I lost 140 lbs and have kept it off for over 20 years.

That transformation reshaped not only my body but my entire life.

At the time, I was running our family’s hotels and restaurants. Stress. Long hours. No time. Yet I still built my coaching business on the side, because I knew I could help others break free from the same cycle.

Fast forward to today. I’ve helped over 1,600 men worldwide lose fat, build strength, and upgrade their lifestyles with our Health Is Wealth method.

Now, I lead an elite team of six who share the same mission: helping busy executives get lean, strong, and healthy, without sacrificing family time or social life.
