About Evidence Based Coaching
Craig is at the heart of Evidence Based Coaching and everything that happens here day to day. He has his own clients and works every day, developing and implementing strategies to help them maintain their goals, whilst still being able to live and enjoy a ‘normal life’.
Coaching is an involved process and the type of coaching we do at EBC is tailored to reflect the choices our clients make. The disadvantage of this is there is a limited number of people any one person can work with so this is where Jack comes in!
Jack Regan was one of Craig’s clients, and as well as connecting on a personal level, Jack ‘got it’. He understood the principals behind the coaching methods and was keen to learn more about the science involved.
Craig and Jack are a team and combine their expertise and experience to deliver the best possible results for their clients.
Online Coaching – The perfect solution for self isolating

How you perceive this situation really depends on where you are in your life and what you want to do. At Evidence Based Coaching it goes without saying, we wish everyone the best, through this difficult period and can only offer our sympathy to anyone who is either sick or experiencing difficulties.

Online coaching verses classes or personal trainers
Craig and Jack have provided and participated in all types of coaching and training, both have competed and trained with amateur and professional athletes and we know the benefits of teamwork in the gym.
EBM is more than just hitting the gym, getting out on your bike or doing classes. It’s about developing a balance in your life, it’s about what you put into your body as much as you work out.
How does it work
First of all we find out about your history with food and exercise. We look at your lifestyle, your work, what you like to do and what you don’t like. We do this so we can leverage the things you like and limit the things you don’t like.
We need you to be really honest with us, there’s no sins in our program, there’s just choices and consequences!
You tell us what you consume and what you exercise and we tell you what you need to change, add or takeaway to achieve your goals.
It is a little bit more complicated than that, but that’s for us to worry about, you provide us with the data, we’ll crunch it and give you the information you need to achieve your goals at the rate you want to work to.
